We’re sure most of you have heard that this years “color of the year” is called Living Coral. If you’re not familiar with the process, each year, Pantone combs the globe for upcoming color trends in not only the fashion and home decor spaces but also within film, at popular hotels, hot travel destinations and from pop-culture. It might sound like a small thing, but this color selection has a huge impact on the buying trends for retailers around the world, so once it’s announced, you’re sure to see more of it within the coming year or two!
This year, this color is a bright one (yay!), and in home decor specifically, we’re seeing it come in all kinds of vibrant pinky-orange hues. While the shade isn’t quite exact across all retailers, the shade is definitely fun and full of life.
